Casement window with removable mullion for the basement

Our casement window with removable mullion is specifically designed for basement bedrooms to meet the requirements of the Egress standard of the National Building Code as an emergency exit. Its three‑step opening system can be operated without a key, without tools and without special knowledge.

Custom exterior mouldings ensure increased insulation for your home. Here are integrated mouldings with a 5 5/8" frame for non-assembled windows (measurements are in inches).

Vaillancourt energy efficient glass (double or triple)

Our energy efficient glass is equipped with a microscopic metallic film. In addition, an inert gas (argon) is added between the glass panels to preserve interior heat in winter and coolness in summer.

More than just helping relieve condensation issues, energy efficient glass offers unmatched performance and substantial savings.
